Licenses and NMLS
Effective June 23, 2026. StreamQuote is a software tool and is not itself a lender, broker, creditor, loan originator, servicer, or underwriting authority unless a reviewed company disclosure states otherwise.
User Licensing
Each mortgage professional using StreamQuote is responsible for maintaining the licenses, sponsorships, authorizations, branch approvals, and company permissions required for their activities and borrower locations.
NMLS Information
StreamQuote may store user-entered NMLS IDs and licensed states for account setup, quote branding, and internal review. NMLS entries must be verified independently through official sources before being relied on in borrower communications.
Company Disclosure Placeholder
This section must contain the reviewed company legal name, NMLS ID if applicable, state license disclosures, branch information, and any required equal housing, lender, broker, or referral disclosures before the service is offered where those disclosures are required.
